It is finished with a natural oil finish or painted with a glossy UV-resistant polyurethane-based paint. EUCALYPTUS WOOD: Made of Eucalyptus grandis wood that is sustainably harvested and finished with a natural oil finish. Maintaining the finish with periodic reapplication of oil will preserve the deep reddish wood color, and ensure longevity. Left to the elements, the wood will naturally age to silvery grey, as will teak or cedar. We recommend protecting furniture indoors or with a cover during extreme weather months.

EASY ASSEMBLY: All of our Eucalyptus furniture is shipped flat, with brass hardware and simple assembly instructions provided.
